NORTH CHARLESTON – Caroline Malphrus collected a team-high nine kills along with six aces as Battery Creek swept the North Charleston Cougars this past Thursday in Region 8-3A play.

The Dolphins dominated all three sets winning 25-4, 25-9 and 25-12.

Amber Cooklin collected 12 services aces and Kenaisha Heyward added six to round out Battery Creek’s attack.

The Dolphins return home on Thursday to celebrate senior night for a non-region match against Wade Hampton. Senior festivities begin at 6 p.m. and the match begins at 6:30 p.m.
